The Violence and Exploitation Team delivers intensive outreach interventions with young people at high risk of involvement in gangs, county lines, serious youth violence, child criminal exploitation, and missing or vulnerable children. The role involves working directly with young people to prevent violence and exploitation, offering diversion and exit support, and collaborating with key agencies to ensure targeted support for education and safety.
We seek a versatile and enthusiastic Social Worker to join our team. You will undertake assessments of risk and protection, provide consistent support, and help young people access education, training, or employment opportunities. Your work will contribute to keeping young people safe from violence and exploitation.
