Job summary

About us

Salford City Council is continuing to strengthen and evolve its Adult Social Care services, with a clear focus on delivering high-quality, person-centred support that enables residents to live healthy, fulfilling and independent lives.

About the Role

Do you have a passion for working with young people? Supporting young people through their transition to adulthood, promoting independence and helping them achieve positive outcomes. Working collaboratively with families, Children’s Services, Mental Health Services, Education, Health, Housing and other partners, you'll play a key role in empowering and safeguarding vulnerable young people in Salford.

About you
