Job summary

Salford City Council is seeking a dedicated worker to support young people through their transition to adulthood, promoting independence and achieving positive outcomes. You will work closely with families and partner services to empower vulnerable individuals in Salford.

The role requires empathy, respect and a person-centred approach, with strong communication and partnership-building skills to support young people, families and professionals. A fully enhanced DBS check is required.

About the Role

Do you have a passion for working with young people? Supporting young people through their transition to adulthood, promoting independence and helping them achieve positive outcomes. Working collaboratively with families, Children’s Services, Mental Health Services, Education, Health, Housing and other partners, you'll play a key role in empowering and safeguarding vulnerable young people in Salford.
