Job Title: Social Worker – North Neighbourhood Team

Location: Trafford Council

Rate: £30 per hour

Trafford Council is recruiting an experienced Social Worker to join their integrated community service within the North Neighbourhood Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage in social work assessments and interventions, including safeguarding and preventative conversations.
  • Secure appropriate funding in line with the Reshaping Trafford Policy.
  • Respond to safeguarding enquiries per the Care Act and local policies.
  • Adopt strengths-based assessments and challenge current practices.

Qualifications and Experience:

Must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a degree in Social Work, and have post-qualification experience.
