Responsibilities:

You will lead and nurture a dedicated team of social workers, manage the delivery of Social Work services within a specific professional and/or geographical area, uphold excellence in professional practice and risk management, handle budget management ensuring resources are are used effectively, and conduct staff supervision, offering support and strategic deployment.

Qualifications and Experiences:

You must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a full UK driving licence, and have post-qualified experience. A degree level or equivalent qualification in Social Work is also required.
