Job Opportunity: Social Worker Team Manager - Children
Location: Ellesmere Port
Hours: Mon to Fri, 08:30 - 17:00
Rate: Up to £36.44/hour (Umbrella)

Are you an experienced Children with Disabilities Team Manager ready to lead a fantastic team? We're looking for someone to provide interim cover for our established and stable Children with Disabilities team!

About the Team

Based in Ellesmere Port, our Children with Disabilities team serves the entire Cheshire West and Chester area. We support children with complex disabilities across all levels of social work:

  • Child in Need
  • Child Protection
  • Children in Care

Our team includes Social Workers, Support Workers, and a Senior Family Case Worker who manages Family Case Workers providing vital support at the Team Around the Family level.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a passionate, dedicated team
  • Ensure excellent service delivery for children with complex needs
  • Support staff in managing cases from assessment through to intervention
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to improve outcomes for children and families
