Responsibilities

• Assess adults with problematic substance use to identify outcomes under the Care Act 2014.
• Develop person-centred support plans and review assessments and plans.
• Provide crisis management support and promote independence within recovery aims.
• Supervise staff, chair multi-agency risk management meetings, and offer guidance to unqualified staff.
