Job Title: Duty Social Worker

Location: St Helens

Rate: £44.48 per hour

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to referrals from MASH and complete assessments within 45 days.
  • Identify needs and work with children and families to provide support and implement plans.
  • Handle section 47 enquiries, CIN, assessments, and planning.
  • Collaborate with professionals to support children and their families.
  • Manage cases involving children on child in need plans, transitioning cases to longer-term assessment services as appropriate.

Qualifications and Experience:

Must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a full UK license, have post-qualified experience, and possess a degree or equivalent in Social Work.
