Role Overview:

We are currently recruiting experienced Social Workers to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive environment where you’ll contribute to improving outcomes for children and families through high-quality, restorative social work practice.

Key Responsibilities:

As part of your role, you will:

  • Carry out a range of statutory social work interventions allocated by the Team Manager.
  • Undertake robust assessments, risk analysis, and care planning for children and families.
  • Support children and families through a restorative approach, empowering families to develop their own plans with the support of their networks and professionals.
  • Respond effectively to concerns regarding child safety, ensuring appropriate interventions are in place.
  • Contribute to multi-agency planning and reviews, and engage in court work as required.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and ensure compliance with statutory responsibilities.
  • Build and sustain meaningful relationships with children and families, promoting their voice in decision-making.
