Job Title: Social Worker - Senior (Grade ), Cardiff

We are seeking two senior social workers to cover maternity leave in Cardiff. The roles are based in the acute hospitals: UHW, UHL, and St. David's. We are open to full-time or part-time working arrangements, with hybrid working options available.

Key responsibilities include conducting assessments in ward settings, demonstrating strong assessment skills rooted in practice experience and legal knowledge. You will work within multidisciplinary teams and with various providers, requiring excellent communication skills with citizens, their families, and partners.
