Job Title: Social Worker / Senior Social Worker
Team: Family Safeguarding
Salary:
SW: £36,124 - £39,513 per annum, plus £4,000 annual retention payment (pro rata for part time)
SSW: £40,215 - £45,595 per annum, plus £3,500 annual retention payment (pro rata for part time)
Contract:
Permanent, Full Time

What We're Looking For
  • Registered with Social Work England
  • Completed ASYE
  • Happy to travel and use public transport or have a license and access to your own vehicle.
  • Significant senior level frontline experience in a safeguarding team.
  • Recent experience of case work in Assessments, Child Protection, Children Looked After and Care Proceedings
  • Excellent communication, analysis, and safeguarding skills
  • Knowledge of key legislation and ability to use a strengths-based approach
