1. Conduct Assessments: Evaluate clients’ needs, strengths, and goals to develop individualized care plans.
2. Advocate for Clients: Work to address systemic barriers and ensure clients receive necessary services.
3. Coordinate Services: Collaborate with other service providers to ensure comprehensive care.
4. Maintain Records: Keep accurate and confidential client records and progress notes.
5. Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate support and intervention in crisis situations.

What we are looking for in a Social Worker:

1. Social Work England registration
2. Eligible to work in the UK
3. Hold a full UK licence
4. Post-qualified experience
