Responsibilities:
  • Manage a complex caseload ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and legislation.
  • Prepare statements and represent clients in court within legislative frameworks.
  • Make complex decisions involving service users and needs-led assessments.
  • Assess risk and needs, conduct safeguarding investigations, and maintain updated care plans.
  • Develop care plans collaboratively with other agencies, reflecting service user preferences and ensuring personalized care.
  • Negotiate care arrangements, balancing service user choice with budget constraints.
