What you will do

• Work closely with families and professionals to comprehend the support required to safely and effectively parent.
• Identify and source appropriate support to promote the progression of Child in Need and Child Protection Plans.
• Practice relationship-based social work to ensure meaningful and professional encounters with children and families.
• Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement Child Protection Plans, and present findings in court where necessary.
• Exhibit sound knowledge of children’s legislation and thresholds while performing well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
