Responsibilities

• Work directly with children and families to improve outcomes using a restorative approach to social work practice
• Collaborate with the Council's Legal Team to complete court applications and manage court proceedings
• Confidently manage a complex caseload and provide oral evidence in court when required
• Engage with court progression officers to support timely and efficient court processes
• Work closely with regional partners to strengthen relationships and improve multi-agency collaboration
• Access ongoing training and development opportunities to support professional growth
