• Conduct comprehensive casework in the Safeguarding and Care Planning Service, including Child Protection, Public Law Outline, and Court work.
• Collaborate with families and multi-disciplinary teams to develop effective Child Protection plans.
• Engage in regular assessments and reviews to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
• Facilitate both virtual (via Teams) and face-to-face interviews to gather vital information and make informed decisions.
• Provide expert guidance and support to colleagues and partner agencies.
