About the Role:
We are recruiting for the role of a Social Worker in our Safeguarding & Support Team covering Rugby on a full time/permanent basis.
The Family Help team are based at Oakfield Park, Rugby
This role offers a market supplement as outlined below:
Newly Qualified Social Worker/ASYE/Grade J:
Up to £41,438.00 per annum. Including a £3,500 pro-rated market supplement, which is subject to tax and NI deductions - T&C's apply. (Relocation Allowance up to £8,000 may be available if the relevant policy criteria are met – T&C's apply.)

Key Requirements:
Working hours – 37 hrs per week, with agile and flexible working options generally worked from 9am till 5.30 pm Monday – Thursday and 9am to 5pm on Fridays.
Applicants for the role will need a
professional Social Work qualification and
Social Work England Registration.
- Professional Social Work qualification (MA/BA/BSc in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work or Certificate of Qualification in Social Work (CQSW)
- In depth experience in children's social work and experience of complex cases
- Have excellent analytical skills with ability to make well informed decisions
- Can record and produce concise, effective, and accurate reports
- Have good communication skills with the ability to build relationships, engage with children and families
