Contract: Permanent.
Role specifics: Minimum age 18 years, must be SWE registered, hold full UK driving licence (essential car user allowance paid).

This role offers an opportunity to influence service provision, develop support plans encouraging healthy and independent living, and be innovative in planning.
You will join the Quality Assurance & Improvement section, reporting to a Social Work Deputy Team Manager who will provide supervision for your professional development. Please note this is a part-time position.
You will develop strength-based support plans aligned with the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and other legislation, linking clients to preventive and independence services, utilizing technology and equipment, promoting positive risk-taking, and thinking creatively.
You should be flexible, adaptable to team focus changes, and capable of working with all service user groups at review points.
