Liquid Personnel are currently working exclusively alongside Rutland council to recruit for social workers to join their Child protection and permanency team. This role is ideal for a qualified social worker seeking a new challenge within a supportive local authority.

Duties of a Child protection and permanence social worker

• Manage a caseload of CiC, CP, and CiN cases.
• Prepare assessments, CIN reviews, and plans, as well as CP and CLA plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
• Participate in team meetings and development activities.
• Prepare for case conferences, court appearances, and meetings as required.
