Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join a busy Hospital Discharge Team based in Portsmouth.

You will assess the needs of vulnerable adults and their carers, identifying creative and personalised ways to provide support.

Your main responsibilities as a Social Worker:

• Working with people who have the most complex and complicated needs in one of a number of client groups: Older People, Adults with Physical and Sensory Disabilities, Adults with Learning Disabilities.
• The safeguarding of adults is an important and integral area of your work as will be the implementation of the safeguarding policy and procedures.

What we are looking for in a Social Worker:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
