What you will do

• Build meaningful relationships with children and young people, gaining their trust and engagement.
• Deliver specialist care and placement planning within the Children in Care and Looked After Children teams.
• Identify, assess, and manage risk while ensuring appropriate and stable placements.
• Collaborate with multi-agency professionals to deliver holistic care plans.
• Maintain comprehensive records, ensuring accountability and clear care trajectories.
• Ensure all actions are in line with legal and statutory frameworks.

What we’re looking for

• Have at least three years of post-qualification experience
• Be HCPC-registered
