South London Local Authority - Children's Services
Salary: Up to 51,127 per annum (subject to experience)
Plus: 5,000 welcome bonus and 1,000 retention payment every 2 years
Contract: Permanent, Full Time (36 hours per week)
Ofsted Rating: Good
This is a great opportunity to join a forward-thinking Family Help Service where relationship-based, strengths-led practice is at the core of everything they do.
The service offers:
A focus on supporting families experiencing Domestic Abuse, Neglect, and Substance Misuse
A separate Adolescents Service managing CSE and contextual safeguarding
Systemic practice embedded across the teams, with fully funded training over 2, 3 or 4 years
Progression panels every other month to support development into Senior and Advanced Practitioner roles
Hybrid working (typically 2-3 days per week from home)
Duty on a rota basis every four weeks
You'll be part of a stable, experienced team with support from business staff and access to multi-agency partners including adult mental health, domestic abuse and substance misuse practitioners. In-house family therapy and Social Care CAMHS teams also support practice.

A minimum of 2 years' post-ASYE experience in frontline children's social care
