Job description

Master Social Worker

Social Workers help patients understand their rights and responsibilities, and guide them in managing the physical, mental, emotional, and financial demands of End Stage Renal Disease. Responsibilities include assessing, educating, and collaborating with patients on care planning.

Requirements:
  1. Master's degree from an accredited school of social work (MSW).
  2. Current state licensure (e.g., LCSW, LMSW), as required by the state of practice.
  3. Meet all state regulations to practice in a dialysis setting.
  4. Two years of clinical work experience, preferably in an ESRD setting.
  5. Current CPR certification (preferred).
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
