Children and Families service in North Ayrshire is undergoing exciting changes. We are recruiting Social Workers for our Garnock Valley and North Coast Team. We have implemented Signs of Safety and Safe and Together models, redesigning our paperwork to promote collaboration with families and their networks, supporting relationship-based practice and positive outcomes. You will support vulnerable children and families within legislative frameworks, write assessments, intervention and child plans, and attend meetings such as Looked after Reviews, children's hearings, and child protection meetings. We value a trauma-informed, relationship-based approach and aim to enable families to access support at the right time.
