An established industry player is seeking dedicated social workers to join their supportive team in Moray. This role involves partnering with children, young people, and their families to promote wellbeing and support positive change in their lives. We are currently looking to recruit social workers who have a shared vision in fulfilling the Promise through our direct relationships with children, young people and families. We are a very supportive Team who work hard to improve social work practice and inform policy and commissioning directly from our experiences of working with families.
We welcome applications from qualified social workers who share our commitment to our social work Codes of Practice and want to join us in raising the standard of how we actively support and help families to realise positive change in their lives.
We have an experienced management Team who are also committed to providing excellent supervision that supports you in your day to day work considering risk and need and planning proportionately to meet agreed outcomes. We provide support to Newly Qualified Social Workers with a reduced and protected caseload offering a range of learning opportunities in the first year in the field.
