Job Title: Social Worker – Transformation East & West Locality Team

Location: Middlesbrough

Rate: £285 per day

Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Social Worker to join the Adult Locality Team in Middlesbrough.

Responsibilities:

  • Work within the East & West Locality Team, focusing on community social work.
  • Conduct one DoLS assessment per month if qualified as a Best Interests Assessor (BIA).
  • Engage with the community, provide support and guidance, and meet individuals' needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality social work services.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Social Work England registration.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
  • Degree-level qualification in Social Work.
  • Post-qualified experience.
