Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency has a new permanent position available for a Social Worker within the Mental Health (Countywide) Team to work full time for Worcestershire.

The salary for this Social Worker job is up to £42,186 per annum.

* Utilise a strength-based approach to support adults with diverse care needs, minimising identified risks.

* Collaborate with professionals to facilitate multi-agency approaches, promoting independent living for adult carers.

* Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and Mental Health Act 1983.

* Engage in reflective practice and peer support, actively contributing to team dynamics.

* Identify and address safeguarding concerns, adhering to the Making Safeguarding Personal approach.

* Represent the authority in court proceedings and other official capacities as required.

* Develop creative support plans focused on achieving outcomes and maximising independence.

* Analyse information from various sources to inform decision-making.

* Collaborate with the Adult Safeguarding Team to promote welfare and address concerns.

Requirements of this Social Worker job:

* A social Work Qualification or equivalent.

* Understanding of relevant legislation.

* Registered or eligible for registration.

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

* Capability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and build partnerships.
