Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a Mental Health Social Worker in North Tyneside on a locum, ongoing contract until December 2026. The role focuses on complex mental health work within a dedicated Mental Health Team, working full-time with health partners to deliver holistic care.

You will conduct Care Act assessments, manage safeguarding and risk management, and maintain thorough records to meet statutory requirements, making informed decisions for improved outcomes.
