At the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, we're here to support people through some of life's most difficult moments. As a Social Worker, you'll be part of a close-knit, supportive team helping adults manage serious mental health challenges and access the care they need to live well.
You'll be based in the Borough for four days a week, and working from home one day, playing a key role in serving the local community. Whether you're working on the frontline or behind the scenes, you'll be part of a dedicated team making a real difference to residents' lives. You will be co-located with the health team, and spend time in the Town Hall and other sites. You will bring a social work perspective to discussions and provide support and knowledge.
