A leading consultancy is seeking Social Workers for their Children Looked After Teams in Reigate. This role involves supporting children in diverse living situations, ensuring their welfare, and fostering development through meaningful relationships and assessments. We have opportunities to join our Children Looked After Teams based in Reigate.
When not working with our residents in the community, we support agile working with a combination of home and office working. We aim to provide flexibility while ensuring you feel connected to your team and the service.
The salary range for Social Workers is £40,929 - £43,735 per annum. We also offer a financial package of up to £6,000, payable in 3 installments across your first 18 months in post.

As a member of the Children Looked After Team, your role will involve supporting children living with relatives, friends, foster families, prospective adopters, or in children’s homes and semi-independent units. You will build sustainable relationships, plan for their permanence, ensure their safety, and support their steps toward independence.
Through regular visits, assessments, and reviews of their Care Plan, you will nurture meaningful relationships, understand their wishes, and support them to reach their full potential. Occasionally, you will prepare reports and attend court.
You will receive support through regular supervision and consultations with our Mental Health Focussed Social Worker, as well as collaborate with other social workers, family support workers, and partnership organizations like Health Services, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (New Leaf), Independent Reviewing Officers, and carers.
