Location:Midlands ( Derby , Matlock , Walsall )

Job Type:Full-Time

Salary: £31,990.40 - £47,028.80 pa (£15.38 - £22.61P/hr)

Newly Qualified Social Worker:£31,990.40 - £36,004.80 pa (£15.38 -£17.31P/hr)

Social Worker:£38,001.60 - £42,244.80 pa (£18.27 - £20.31 P/hr)

Senior Social Worker:£43,555.20 - £47,028.80 (£20.94 - £22.61 P/hr)

** Based on an average 40 hours per week**

·Conduct high-quality and child-centred assessments

·Supporting families experiencing a range of complex difficulties

·Write comprehensive and evidence-based reports

·Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community resources

·Support children and their families to achieve positive outcomes

·Having a responsibility to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and vulnerable adults.

Our Ideal Candidate will :

·Be a qualified Social Worker and registered with Social Work England

·Either have or willing to complete the Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) programme

·Have a genuine desire to improve lives and promote self-esteem

·Demonstrate excellent communication skills and empathy

·Be resilient and able to stay calm under pressure

·Knowledgeable about relevant legislation and social theory

·Work as part of a team - bringing energy and enthusiasm to the role
