Change Grow Live seeks a Social Worker Lead for its Kirklees adult drug and alcohol treatment service on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract. You will work 37.5 hours weekly, leading social work practice, safeguarding, and family-focused interventions within a supportive, blended working environment.

Qualificações

• Recognised Social Work qualification and registration with Social Work England.
• Completion of ASYE.
• Experience with children, families and/or adults with complex needs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide safeguarding and risk management expertise within adult treatment and family-focused practice.
• Support recovery staff with referrals, care planning and safeguarding actions.
• Collaborate with Children's Social Care and partner agencies to improve outcomes for children and families.
• Represent the service at multi-agency meetings and safeguarding forums.
• Support workforce development and drive continuous improvement and strategic priorities.
