Job Title: Kinship Assessment Social Worker
Location: Hybrid - Home & Leicester City Office
Salary: £41,511 - £44,711 per annum
Total Reward Package: £60,804.45 (includes salary, pension, and leave benefits)
Hours: 37 per week
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

What You'll Do

  4. Manage your own caseload, time, and records
  5. Work within the Signs of Safety framework

What We're Looking For

  1. Qualified Social Worker (Level 3), registered with SWE
  2. Experience working with looked after children
  3. Understanding of trauma-informed practice
  4. Strong assessment, communication, and time-management skills
  5. Fostering/kinship experience is helpful, not essential
