Fostering Social Worker - Fostering Agency

Location: Sunderland, North East

Salary: up to £42,000 per annum

Born out of a desire to achieve positive change for children, young people, and vulnerable adults impacted by the social care system. Reconstruct provides services to social care sectors across the UK, including Recruitment, Statutory Services, and Consultancy.

You will be joining an organisation of passionate and driven social care professionals.

The Role

  • Hold a caseload of families, between 12 and 15
  • Oversee the recruitment processes of new foster families
  • Quality assurance of various functions of the agency
  • Manage audits and ensure all statutory requirements are adhered to
  • Monitor and comply with all safeguarding aspects
  • Participate and deliver training for foster families
  • Complete Form F assessments (full training can be provided)
  • Hybrid / field work and out of hours to support families

A Rewarding Package:

Salary: Up to £42,000 (based on experience and qualifications)

Annual Leave: 26 days, with extra days for continuous service
