Salary: GBP 32 - GBP 32 per hour

Opus People Solutions, on behalf of Walsall, has an exciting opportunity for an Adults Social Worker to join our Intermediate Care Service Team.

Job Details:

• Position: Social Worker - Intermediate Care Services (Adults)
• Contract Length: 3 Months
• Hours per Week: 37
• Hourly Rate: £32.00 per hour (Umbrella)
• Location: Office at Blakenhall Village Centre, WS3 1L
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid - combining remote work and at least 2 days in the office

About the Role:

• To improve outcomes for adults with care and support needs and their carers.
• To undertake effective strengths-based assessments, planning, and direct work with adults with care and support needs and their carers, in accordance with the Care Act 2014, statutory guidance, policies, and procedures.
• To undertake safeguarding duties as required to protect adults with care and support needs from abuse or neglect.
• To practice social work in a transparent, accountable, and safe manner, adhering to professional standards, ethics, and values.
