What you will do:

• Conduct risk assessments of incoming contact information over the telephone from various sources.
• Make swift and informed decisions on next steps to ensure appropriate service delivery.
• Collaborate with multi-agency partners to support and protect children and families.
• Utilise your understanding of children’s social care, from Early Help to adoption, to manage diverse contacts.
• Contribute to the team using the Professor David Thorpe model in a non-case holding, agile role.
