Job summary

Leaders in Care seeks an Advanced Social Worker to deliver person-centred support and lead by example within a progressive social care team. You will maintain accurate records, manage risks, and safeguard vulnerable groups while contributing to continuous service improvement.

With a commitment to safeguarding and inclusion, you’ll participate in supervision, policy adherence, and professional development to support independence and wellbeing for service users.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience in a social care setting.
  • DipSW level qualification or its equivalent is essential.
  • Social Work England registration is essential.
