Now Hiring: Social Worker – Hull Community Mental Health Team

We are currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join the Hull Community Mental Health Team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in adult community mental health services.

Location: Hull
Contract Type: Temporary Contract
Working Hours: Days and hours of work will be discussed with successful candidates. The service operates Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm.

About the Role:

As part of a dynamic and supportive multi-disciplinary team, you will provide high-quality social work support to adults experiencing mental health challenges within the community. Your work will help promote recovery, independence, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver person-centred support and care planning
2. Conduct assessments, interventions, and reviews in line with statutory duties
3. Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and partner agencies
4. Promote safeguarding and uphold the values of the Trust

The Person:

1. Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration
2. Experience working in a mental health setting (desirable)
3. Excellent communication and team-working skills
4. Commitment to promoting recovery and person-centred care
