Location: Gateshead Metropolitan Borough Council

Rate: £202.00 per day

An exciting job role has recently become available at the Gateshead Metropolitan Borough Council. They are looking for a new member for their Adult Review Team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive reviews and reassessments of care packages for adults.
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Work collaboratively with service users, families, and other professionals to provide holistic support.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with statutory and local requirements.
• Ensure all actions are compliant with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
• Advocate for the rights and needs of service users.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to service development initiatives.

Qualifications and Experiences:

To be eligible for this role, you must have Social Work England registration and be eligible to work in the UK. Additionally, you need to hold a full UK driving licence and possess post-qualified experience. A degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work is also required.
