Social Worker - Adults Multi-Disciplinary Team

Social Worker – Front Line Team within Manchester (UK), earning £35 hourly for 3 months. Hours will be 35 per week, Monday to Friday, 08:45 until 16:30.   • Engage with families and other professionals to develop effective care plans and ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
  • Collaborate with a skilled team to manage average case loads of 16, ensuring each case receives the attention and care it deserves.
  • Travel to various locations in your area, so having a full driving licence is essential for this role.
