• Assess and manage risks where there is potential or actual significant harm to children, ensuring their safety and protection from abuse.
• Conduct statutory assessments of cases meeting the threshold for social care intervention, including child protection investigations.
• Use asset and strengths-based approaches to social work, drawing on your qualifications and sector registration.
• Apply your completed ASYE to provide knowledgeable, experienced support in assessing and managing risks for vulnerable children.
• Implement successful strategies to improve outcomes for children, young people, and families, using your problem-solving skills and decision-making confidence.
