  • Facilitate and support the matching process between children and foster carers.
  • Provide professional support to foster carers, ensuring they can provide a safe and nurturing environment for children.
  • Work collaboratively with various professionals and agencies to promote the welfare of the children in foster care.
  • Maintain up-to-date records and reports in line with Social Services policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Demonstrable frontline experience in Social Services as a qualified Social Worker within the UK.
