What you will do

• Provide supervision and support to approved foster carers, ensuring their needs and the needs of the children are met.
• Manage and develop a caseload, delivering high-quality social work support.
• Contribute to practice development, sharing knowledge and experience to enhance service delivery.
• Work collaboratively with other team members in the Fostering East Team, which is based at The Old Library, Lichfield.
• Facilitate training sessions for foster carers to enhance their skills and capabilities.
