The salary for this permanent Social Worker job is up to £38,626 per annum.

• Support people who have been admitted under MHA, hospitals, discharge pathway, conditional discharge.
• Social Supervisions, risk assessments, working with police under MAPA, health colleagues, work with ICB joint packages of care.
• Accommodation and support services. People in hospital and sectioned or in prison or on way out of prison.
• To work in a holistic and person-centred way, ensuring customers remain central to the processes they are part of.

Requirements of this Social Worker role:

• A social Work Qualification or equivalent.
• Understanding of relevant legislation.
• Registered or eligible for registration.
• Has Mental Health awareness or experience.
