Roles are within the Folkestone and Hythe Community Team in Kent, operating on a hybrid model of office-based and remote work to meet service needs.
£3000 Golden Hello payment to new joiners (subject to criteria) and service-related payments following continuous service.

We work with adults with various care needs, conducting assessments such as Care Act, MCA, Court of Protection, and safeguarding enquiries.
Our interventions are based on excellent practice, innovation, and meaningful measures, emphasizing relationship-building with individuals, families, and communities.
We welcome applications from both experienced and newly qualified social workers who meet current professional standards and hold registration with Social Work England.
You should have strong literacy and communication skills, and a positive, forward-thinking attitude.
The role requires a Full UK Driving Licence, but reasonable adjustments will be made for disabilities.
