Job summary

Qualifications

• A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
• Registered with Social Work England.
• Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices within social work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Experience in working with diverse populations and complex cases.

Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and strengths.
• Developing, implementing, and reviewing care plans in collaboration with clients and other professionals.
• Providing direct support and guidance to individuals and families facing various challenges.
• Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to care.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with local and national regulations.
