Job summary

Pro Social Partners Ltd is working with Gloucestershire County Council to recruit a permanent Social Worker into the Family Help service in Gloucester. You will hold a caseload of children and families, undertake high-quality assessments, and work with multi-agency partners to reduce risk and drive lasting change.

The role requires SW England registration, experience in Children's Social Care, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration.
• Experience within Children's Social Care.
• Sound knowledge of Working Together to Safeguard Children and statutory processes.
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.

Salary: £40,444 - £42,123 (package up to £48,123)

Golden Hello: £4,000

Retention Payment: £2,000
