We are looking for an experienced Social Workers (Senior Social Worker) to join Family Help teams across six localities in Gloucesteshire.

The role

You'll work directly with children, young people and families to provide effective support and protection, building positive relationships and working closely with colleagues and partner agencies and you will have the opportunity to:

• Manage a varied frontline social work caseload
• Build meaningful relationships with children and families
• Deliver effective assessments, planning and interventions
• Work alongside partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes
• Support children and young people who need help or protection
• Contribute to a strong Family Help approach

You will need

• Social Work qualification and Social Work England registration
• Completed ASYE with a minimum 2 years' UK statutory social work experience
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to drive across the county
