Working Hours: Flexible Working (Blended Working Arrangement)

Rate: Up to £32.00 per hour

Our team in Enfield offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled Social Worker to join our Adults’ Complex Care Management Team. This role provides a dynamic, supportive environment with a diverse caseload and collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct case reviews, including challenging cases, ensuring statutory compliance and departmental priorities.
  • Work within a multi-disciplinary team, partnering with health, housing, and other agencies to deliver high-quality social work services.
  • Identify needs and risks of harm, implementing safeguarding practices appropriately.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Social Work England registration.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
  • Hold a full UK driving license.
  • Post-qualified experience.
  • Degree in Social Work or equivalent.
