An exciting job role has recently become available in East London. They are looking for a new member for their Integrated discharge team.

Responsibilities:

• Assess clients’ needs, develop tailored treatment plans, and advocate for necessary services.
• Provide counseling to help clients cope with challenges such as mental health issues or substance abuse, offering emotional support and crisis intervention.
• Advocate for clients’ rights within legal and social systems, educate communities about social issues, and facilitate access to support networks.

What we are looking for in a Social Worker:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
• Twice weekly payroll
