Are you a dedicated Social Worker looking to make a difference in safeguarding children? Join Dudley’s Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) team and be part of a close-knit, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Work within the MASH, collaborating with representatives from Police, Health, Education, Early Help, and Probation.
  2. Serve as the first point of contact for professionals seeking advice and making referrals.
  3. Screen referrals and recommend appropriate levels of intervention.
  4. Provide advice to professionals when information received does not require a referral or immediate social work/care response.
  5. Engage in critical and reflective discussions with colleagues to ensure well-informed recommendations.
  6. Ensure timely action on child protection concerns.

Requirements:

  1. Hold Social Work England registration.
  2. Eligible to work in the UK.
  3. Possess a full UK driving licence.
  4. Post-qualified experience.
  5. Degree level or equivalent qualification in Social Work.
